Terms and Condition

All therapy sessions are paid for before the session. Therapy session that is booked but not paid for will not be confirmed and cancelled within 12 hours of non-payment.

Payments can be made per session. Payment must be made 12-hours prior to appointment to ensure that you can avail therapy. If payment is not received, the therapists time will be made available for other clients.

We offer Packages for clients to make therapy affordable. Each package however has an expiry date and all rescheduling/cancellations will be possible within the time frame mentioned to you. If you reschedule session and this goes beyond the expiry date of your package, you will be asked to pay for that session.

There are 2 formats of booking sessions:

1. Instant booking : The client gets a therapy slot immediately with a chosen therapist available. For such sessions there is No Cancellation, No Refund or Rescheduling possible. After payment is made the client can avail the therapy session.
2. Later date appointments: This is when the client books with a therapist for later dates. Cancellation of appointment can be made 12-hour prior to appointment. If you want to change the date or time of the appointment, please call us at +91-9971596800 or email us at info@embracelives.com.

Technical failures during a therapy session:

1. If there is technical failure from the therapist’s end within 50% of the session time, a new session will be booked free to charge to accommodate for the missed session.
2. If there is technical failure from the therapist’s end after 50% of the session is over a new session will be booked for the remainder of the time pending in the next 2 days.
3. If there is technical failure at your end within 50% of the session time, a new session will be booked free of charge to accommodate the missed session.
4. If there is a technical failure at your end after 50% of the session is over, a new chargeable session will be booked.

REFUND:

We DO NOT offer refunds for sessions booked unless exceptional circumstances.
