At eMbrace we consider privacy and confidentiality of information as of utmost importance.

What happens to the information I share?

When you call the first time we collect personal, demographic, social, medical and financial data from you. We also subsequently will ask you to complete some forms regarding your personal history and evaluate for your current problems. This data is safeguarded at the eMbrace office.

All therapists are licensed psychologists adhering to the rules stipulated for Clinical Psychologists by the Rehabilitation Council of India and the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.

Any pertinent information shared during the sessions will be noted by the therapists in client files and data will be kept confidential at all times. All therapists will be taking calls only from the eMbrace office to ensure protection of privacy and confidentiality, unless there are unavoidable circumstances.

All therapy sessions will be conducted over encrypted emails, chats or video platforms to ensure data protection.
