Preet Vihar is some distance from each of our three centres (Vasant Kunj and Malviya Nagar in Delhi, and Gurugram). Most families here start with an online session and come in only for the parts that genuinely need to happen in a room.

An initial session to understand what is actually going on, in the teen’s own words.
Regular sessions using approaches suited to adolescents, not a child or adult programme.

No. You can book a free 15-minute intake call directly. If another provider has already sent notes, bring them so nothing is repeated unnecessarily.
Fees are quoted upfront on your free intake call, covering the specific assessment or therapy involved, not a vague estimate.
Confidentiality is respected as far as safety allows, which is standard practice and important for a teenager to actually open up. Safety concerns are always handled directly with you.
Not in Preet Vihar itself. Most families from here start online and come in to one of our three Delhi NCR centres only where needed.
